Park Ridge Community Church Pumpkin Patch!

The PR Community Church will host its Fifth Annual Pumpkin Patch Oct 11 - 31.

More than 2,000 pumpkins, gourds and ornamental corn that will be sold were grown on a 1,200 acre Navajo farm in New Mexico, providing much needed jobs and income for the reservation.

Proceeds from the patch will benefit the Navajo reservation as well as the PR Community Church Youth Ministry fund - which supports various area outreach programs, youth events and mission trips for the church youth.

The Pumpkin Patch began in 2004 and received support from Park Ridge merchants in the form of sponsorships.

Greeter Box Program

Would you like to reach about 50 new residents and businesses each month? Then join our Greeter Box program.

For $250 for one year, you can bring 50 items per month to the Chamber (up to 3 ounces per box total) that you would like to put into the Greeter Box. We are very fortunate that Maine East has a class of students who put together the items in the Greeter Box. Each box is mailed out to the new residents and businesses. In the first year of the program, we’ve gone through 500 boxes. 35 members participate in the Greeter Box program so far. The types of items put into the box are coupons, bag clips, tooth brushes, bandaid kits, jar lid grippers, key chains, magnets, brochures, etc.

Don’t be left out!
