Charter Fitness collected over 5,000 toys during its 5th annual toy drive that ran from December 1st through December 20th, 2011. Toys were collected at all of Charter Fitness‘ 31 Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana locations, and will benefit families in need in each of the communities served by the clubs.
Charter Fitness Franchising LLC recently converted 38 Cardinal Fitness locations in Chicago, downstate Illinois and Northwest Indiana to the Charter Fitness brand, increasing the number of clubs to 45 in six states. It is now the largest health club business in the Chicago, IL metropolitan area.

Petite Opera Productions, a 501c3 non-profit professional company in its 5th year, will hold general auditions January 21-22, 2012 in Park Ridge, Illinois (a Chicago northwestern suburb) for principal vocalists (paid), chorus leads/covers (paid) and all-ages chorus (volunteer).
