I met some friends at Chamber member, Panera Bread, on Saturday. I also went shopping at Chamber member, Chico’s, and got my outfit for the awards dinner (hint – it’s red!) thanks to the wonderful ladies I work with who got me a gift card for Christmas!
We have our first new member to join for 2011! Congratulations to Immediate Past President, Dave Donovan, for bringing Petite Opera Productions into the Chamber!
Petite Opera Productions is a not-for-profit 501 c(3) - A Chicago-based organization specializing in taking the stuffy out of opera; small settings, English only, comic operas, great performers.
Petite Opera holds general auditions January 22, 23, 2011 for its 2011 season, consisting of its original spoof operetta (back by popular demand) Al Fresco, Life Through Opera-Colored Glasses (May 6-22), and Amahl and the Night Visitors (Nov-Dec 2011). Auditions are by appointment only.

At the end of this email are all the members who have renewed, newly joined – everyone who’s membership goes through to 12/31/2011. So, if you don’t see your name then please pay your dues or email me for clarification. Just a comment here that Chamber dues have not increased in several years including this year. Also, the Platinum benefits keep changing based upon feedback received and are better than ever - still just $300 over your dues! Really, it’s the best deal in town, worth over $1,200!
We’ll be starting on the Park Ridge Chamber Community Guide soon and only paid members will appear in it. Remember, it goes to every single-family residence in Park Ridge (13,500 of them!) and all members get listed twice – once alphabetically and once by category. It’s a benefit of Chamber membership at no additional charge!
