A Note From Gail

I talked with Carol Langan who is in charge of the Maine Township Food Pantry at 1700 Ballard Rd (847.297.2510) and she told me they desperately need soup, pasta and cereal as they are totally out.
From their website, here is their wish list of items they need:
http://www.mainetownship.com/services/ga/foodpantry.shtml
(Please do not donate large food service size cans)

Macaroni & Cheese
Cereal
Juice, Juice Boxes, Kool Aid
Canned Tuna, Chicken, Salmon
Plain Rice, Rice-A-Roni
Canned Fruit, Apple Sauce
Crackers
Instant Potatoes
Peanut Butter, Jelly (18 oz. maximum size)
Bisquick, Pancake Mix, Syrup
Prepared Meals - Canned Pasta Meals, Boxed Meals
Desserts - Cake, Cookie, & Brownie Mixes, Jell-O, Pudding, Cookies, Frosting
Condiments - Ketchup, Mayonaise, Mustard, Pickles
Beverages - Coffee, Tea, Hot Cocoa
Cooking Supplies - Flour, Sugar, Oil, Salt, Pepper
Cleaning Products - Laundry Soap, Dish Soap
Paper Products - Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Tissues
Storage Products - Tin Foil, Plastic Wrap
Personal Hygiene Products – Shampoo, toothpaste, bath soap

The Chamber is one drop off point for food. The Human Needs Task Force is placing bins out in the community and will periodically pick up. The Food Pantry will also pick up larger loads.

Carol explained that not only is the need greater but those who have donated so generously in the past find themselves in need also.

Please help.

Bellas & Wachowski Bellas & Wachowski: Partnership and Shareholders' Agreements

Do not take your business relationships for granted. It is essential that when there is more than one owner of a business, the relationship between the owners must be defined.

Consider it a prenuptial agreement for business owners. Whatever you call it, the ownership relationship should be spelled out in writing.
